Alicante Airport is located 12 kilometres (7.5 miles) from Alicante City Centre and 60 kilometres (37.3 miles) from Benidorm.

Officially called Alicante-Elche International Airport Miguel Hernandez (ALC), it is one of the most important airports in Spain.

Train From ALC Airport to Benidorm

While it’s possible to get from the airport to Benidorm by train, Having said that, there are no direct trains from the airport.

This is the cheapest but also the slowest way to get to make this journey since travel time can be of almost 2 hours.

To get to Benidorm by train from the airport, you must first take the bus C6 from the airport to Alicante-Luceros station.

The station is 15 kilometres (9 miles) from the airport but it’ll take you up to 40 minutes to get there. The bus costs 1.20 euros.

At Alicante Luceros station, take the train to Benidorm. The train runs from 5:41am to 10:11pm, with departures every 30 minutes and costs 2.80 euros per person.
